If they just gave you an RA number and didn't tell you that they were emailing you a pre-paid UPS label, then you're paying for the shipping to send it back them. Well they gave me a long number, did not mention whether they were paying for it or not. Like i told the guy on the phone im just returning it because I did not care for the tone.
