Members GuitarHitman
...I've decided to go for a Yamaha AES620HB Semi-Hollow string through with a Seymour Duncan JB The headstock is a little bland but the guitar looks teh sex and I've never played a bad Yamaha yet
Members Ryan Trevisol
Have you played one in person? I played one of those before buying my LP and found it to be VERY heavy and sounded a little dead. Maybe the semi-hollow one would be better. Members DenverDave
It looks pretty nice and the AES line seems to have a pretty good reputation...
Members Ferdinandstrat
I can defenately say that Yamaha make great guitars and this is no exception.

I tried a solid body out some time ago But not that particular model I just want some semi-hollow goodness

Members golias
That is a downright beautiful guitar. I bet it totally wails with that JB.
Members streetknight
I played the solid body AES620 last week. It felt and played good, but I didn't care for the tone, of course could have been the crappy amp I was playing thru. I'd just try before you buy.
