Members epi56ebony
I have the Roland Micro Cube Bass Amp RX and it's fantastic. How is the Pignose 30?
Members RoadRanger
It's only 6 real watts - I have one and the schematic for it. OK for keeping up with unamplified acoustic guitars which is what I bought it for.
Members Jarl Sigurd
The Pignose guitar amp is more or less alright. The farty sounding Pignose bass amp sounds farty.
Members Radar-Love
I bought a first run Pignose guitar amp back in the mid-70s. By around 1987/88 or so, the combo amp's particle board cabinet had mysteriously converted itself into sawdust particles. I suspect the glue bonding / filler in the particle board had decomposed into dust. All that was left of the amp was an amp chassis attached to what had turned into a vinyl bag of sawdust pathetically clinging to a speaker. It was no big loss, because the amp had crapped out significantly long before and the battery had been dead for years.
