Members Nismology
so my shiny new juno-g arrived today in a box slightly bigger than I had imagined, as I pulled the bubblewrapped hulk from the box I could just distinguish a black form with the word 'Roland' on the back, then the beast emerged... So I phoned bonners music again and am awaiting their reply In the meanwhile, I got it out and fired it up and it sounds FAT, HUGE SIZE sadly I also need a full palette of acoustic sounds so it will be going back
Members xanderbeanz
is it a GT or XT? if so thats worth like 3 times the amount of a juno G, you should have just kept quiet, sold it, made a profit then buy your juno G lol
Members Nismology
its the original v-synth from 2003, same as pic, its an ex-demo. Its an absolutely smashing keyboard, but almost totally useless for my current needs. Bonners music phoned back to say that the guy who packaged the synths got the address labels muddled up, so they are recalling the delivery of my Juno to some guy awaiting a V-Synth . I won't get it till next friday now Anyways, fingers crossed for a fantom G8 next time! lol edit: according to past eBay listings, original V-Synths go for around
Members plaid_emu
Damn, I think I would've kept the V-Synth and saved for the Juno-G. Years ago when I bought my TC Electronic multi-band compressor the package arrived triple boxed. After I opened the first box the next box I laid eyes on had the Universal Audio logo on it. For a second I got really excited and thought Jesus wanted me to have an 1176 instead. Alas.... there inside the UA box was my TC Triple-C box. That's OK though because the Triple-C has been discontinued but the 1176 will always be around if I want one. Also the Triple-C is one bad-ass compressor and it's the ONE piece of gear I could never sell over the past 7 or 8 years. Perfect for final mixes and also has an "envelope mode" which basically turns it into an SPL Transient Designer. Bitchin piece of kit.

Members angstwulf
A few years back I came home to find a BIG box of sample CD's from East/West from out of the blue. Hadn't ordered anything from them in years. I called them and they picked it up from my house. I did it out of the kindness of my heart. Oh, and 'cos there wasn't anything in there that I liked.
