  2. LOS ANGELES – (For Immediate Release) – Don’t be surprised if you start “spotting” more LED spot fixtures on stages and at concerts . . . namely, the Satura Spot LED Pro. This 300-watt RGBW moving head from Elation Professional breaks new barriers as an LED spot, because its color-mixing engine produces an output in all colors that’s as bright and powerful as a traditional 575-watt discharge fixture. Not only does the Satura Spot LED Pro consume half as much energy as comparably bright traditional moving head spots, its long-life LED engine lasts on average 80 times longer than a typical 575-watt discharge lamp. With these user benefits, plus its 575-watt comparable brightness and a 4,800 total LM output, the Satura Spot LED Pro marks a new industry milestone in which LED spots have truly become a viable -- and highly advantageous – replacement option for conventional discharge spot fixtures, said Eric Loader, Elation Professional’s director of sales. “The Satura Spot LED Pro is a totally breakthrough fixture, because its LED engine truly delivers enough output color-to-color to compete with discharge fixtures that use double the power,” said Loader. “This long-awaited technology is finally here – LED engines are now bright enough to where they can start to replace traditional discharge spots. I am confident that the Satura Spot’s rich, saturated RGBW colors, high output and crisp, clear light will be the tipping points that convince a lot of lighting professionals that LEDs are the way to go with spots. I believe that this groundbreaking fixture is going to make a very positive difference for our customers.” Along with its advanced LED engine, the Satura Spot LED Pro offers all the design tools that lighting pros have come to expect on a full-featured moving head spot. It is equipped with 13 gobos (6 rotating, 7 static); a 14°-32° zoom range which at 5m (16.4 ft.) Full On produces up to 3,451 LUX at min zoom and up to 808 LUX at max zoom; frost filter; motorized focus; 0-100\% dimming; 5\%-100\% motorized iris; and a high-speed mechanical shutter/strobe. Its full-rotation moving yoke can pan 540°/630° and tilt 265°, and it features 8/16 bit resolution adjustable movement. Another valuable tool is a built-in EWDMX wireless DMX receiver, which allows the Satura Spot LED Pro to receive DMX signals wirelessly from up to 3,000 feet when sent via an Elation EWDMXT wireless DMX transmitter (sold separately). The unit is controllable in 3 DMX modes (19/21/25 channel) and includes 3 and 5 pin DMX In/Out and PowerCON connectors. In addition to DMX, the Satura Spot LED Pro features RDM (Remote Device Management) and can be operated manually in Stand-Alone, Sound Active and Master-Slave Modes. A built-in microphone is included for sound-activated programs. Whatever the operating mode, users will appreciate the unit’s convenient 6-button touch control panel with a full-color 180° reversible LCD menu display. To ensure that it is always accessible, the menu display is equipped with its own rechargeable backup battery. The Satura Spot LED Pro measures 17”L x 20”W x 28.4”H /431 x 507.5 x 721mm, and weighs 53 lbs./26 kg. It includes multi-voltage operation: AC 100-240V/ 50-60 Hz and consumes only 480W max power. CE and cETLus approval are pending.
  3. \ PARIS, FRANCE: audio production sounds and software producer UVI is proud to announce availability of its first effects plug-in, Sparkverb, a revolutionary reverb geared up towards achieving a fine balance of striking sound quality and copious CPU efficiency, as of September 19... Having first memorably made an audible appearance last year in UVI’s critically-acclaimed Darklight IIx — a stunning software instrument inspired by the quintessential ’80s high-end sampling/sequencing dream machine much beloved by the likes of Kate Bush, Thomas Dolby, Peter Gabriel, Jan Hammer, Trevor Horn, Jean-Michel Jarre, and Steve Levine, amongst many more top-tier recording artists and record producers playing a significant part in really revolutionising music production — as well as all soundware since released by the cutting-edge company, SparkverbTM, UVI’s revolutionary reverb technology, now gets a welcome outing in its own right as a surround-capable, 64-bit processing plug-in namesake. Now anyone can explore everything throughout the entire reverberation spectrum — from natural-sounding spaces to infinite, shimmering ambiences — with stunning scope and accuracy, and apply them with the greatest of ease to their favourite instruments — software-based or otherwise — and sounds while working within the comfort of their favourite DAW! Depth and complexity such as this typically involves having to deal with an accompanying dense and complex interface — not so with Sparkverb, however! Here much thought has been given to reducing time spent tweaking in favour of time better spent being productive, thanks to a resizable — small (784x415px) by default or large (1176x623px) — GUI graced with the fewest controls possible to allow a high degree of customisation clearly unmatched elsewhere. Usability was a crucial consideration in its development. At the core of this glorious GUI is the Decay Editor, a frequency-based spectrum editor for speedily sculpting and refining reverbs. Adjust decay globally and across multiple bands with LO DECAY and HI DECAY time multipliers and associated CROSSOVER and Cut settings across a single canvas — an entirely new way to work with reverb! Roam freely wherever your creative muse might take you! All other controls are arranged clearly and accordingly labelled: variable DENSITY settings (to affect the number of internal delays — from sparse echoes to dense reflection patterns), advanced DIFFUSION algorithms (allowing percussive material to reach sufficiently high short- time echo density), tuneable MODULATION (for pitch accuracy regardless of scale), A/B comparison (making fine-tuning a painless process), and much more besides. Be it simple or complex, dialling in a reverb has never been so speedy! Those needing a more managed mode of exploration need look no further than the trailblazing Preset Voyager — voila! What’s it all about, though? At startup, Sparkverb creates a two-dimensional array of all available presets. Toggling from the main display (Decay Editor) to the Preset Voyager displays all Factory Presets and User Presets in an eye-catching cloud-like arrangement according to their similarity and conveniently colour-codes them based on their category. Cleverly, click-dragging in the cloud changes the current reverb setting by interpolating between the parameters of the adjacent presets — perfect for quickly creating new presets while watching controls update in real time to see what’s happening. Here the possibilities for redefining reverb spaces are quite literally limitless! Regardless of which mode you are working in, Mutate and Randomize functions are always accessible, applying small and large random changes respectively. Discover new sounds and find inspiration instantly with next to no effort — except peeling back your ears! Better still, parameter locks are available on each and every control here, making these fast-track functions even more useful. Experiment within prescribed boundaries such as a fixed MIX (dry/wet) amount or (stereo/surround) WIDTH to seek out exciting variations that work well for a specific need. UVI’s proprietary Parametric FDN Engine upon which Sparkverb is built so solidly evolves algorithmic reverb design to another level entirely. Its breakthrough performance provides unprecedented access to true high fidelity on as many tracks and busses as needed without worrying about CPU overload since Sparkverb can be instanced near-limitlessly. Need to run 400 instances in a single PT11 session? Never say never! Of course, it goes without saying that a generous helping of Factory Presets are all there for the taking — let your ears do the talking! But beyond that ear-catching curtain-raiser awaits a sound-designer’s dream dedicated to those who wish to delve deeper into stunning- sounding spaces via a fresh feature set that positively radiates creativity at every twist and turn. Work faster and smarter than ever before with this must-have plug-in for today’s adventurous audio professional. Put simply, Sparkverb redefines the way you resound! Sparkverb is available to purchase in Mac OS (AAX, AU, MAS, RTAS, VST) and Windows (AAX, RTAS, VST) compatible formats as a direct download for $199.00 USD or physical boxed product for $199.00 USD (plus $29.00 shipping) from UVI’s online Store

  5. Fredric Effects are proud to announce three new pedals. The 'West Germany Vintage Tremolo' is one of the best sounding classic tremolo effects, with a warmth and musicality lacking in many modern trems. The 'Foxrite' is a new version of the late 60s abrasive fuzz. Lastly, the Mutant Fuzz is an updating of the fabled Os Mutantes Regulus VIII fuzz pedal. All three are available now. West Germany Vintage Tremolo and Foxrite are £90. The Pocket Weasel is £90. They are available direct from the builder and selected shops and online retailers. About Fredric Effects Fredric Effects have grown in the last five years to become one of the best regarded UK effects manufacturers. Offering high quality boutique pedals at realistic prices working musicians can afford. Fredric Effects pedals have found their way onto the pedal boards of many well-known and ground-breaking guitarists and bassists around the world. ---------------------- Foxrite The Fredric Effects Foxrite is a clone of the late 60s Silicon Fuzzrite. It is a reconstruction of the original circuit, improved with the addition of a boost stage to bring the volume up to modern expectations. The Foxrite is a uniquely abrasive effect - offering sounds from garagey distortion to full-on octavey, velcro-ripping fuzz. http://www.fredric.co.uk/foxrite-improved-fuzz-rite-fuzzrite-clone ----------------------- West Germany Vintage Tremolo A new version of one of the best sounding classic tremolo circuits. The Fredric Effects West Germany Vintage Tremolo reworks the classic West German pedal, with a neat MXR-sized enclosure, a flashing LED rate indicator when the effect is engaged, and a more useful depth control. This circuit is famed for it's warmth, with a smooth waveform (not choppy or stuttery like some trems) akin to that found on vintage Fender amps. http://www.fredric.co.uk/west-germany-vintage-tremolo --------------------------- Mutant Fuzz The Mutant Fuzz is Fredric Effects' version of the Os Mutantes (Regulus VIII) fuzz. The Regulus VIII is similar in topology to a silicon Fuzz Face, but with a more gritty and trebley character. The Mutant Fuzz is pretty much a straight clone with some added power and RF interference filtering - so it won't pick-up the radio like the originals sometimes do! The level of gain is fixed at 'just right', although you can roll back your guitar volume pot to clean up a bit. The tone control is a switch for hi/low. The hi setting sounds very 60s, whereas the low is positively doomy. http://www.fredric.co.uk/mutant-fuzz-os-mutantes-regulus-viii-8-clone

  10. Allen & Heath has launched GLD Editor, a free, computer-based control suite offering all of the key facilities of the GLD digital mixer with capability to display multiple information panels simultaneously. Available for PC and Mac,GLD Editor has the advantage of a GUI simulation of the mixer surface, offering users an onscreen representation that reflects the physical surface. Similar to the popular iLive Editor software, the program enables users to easily configure show settings or make changes to existing shows online or offline to save and upload later. TCP/IP connectivity makes live mixing and processing possible over CAT5 or WiFi so different tasks can be managed in the Editor software and the GLD mixer surface simultaneously. For example, monitors can be tweaked on stage using a wireless laptop while another engineer runs the FoH sound check from the mixer. Also, as it is possible to connect up to 16 devices to a GLD system, users can attach multiple computers running Editor and multiple iPads running the existing GLD Remote app at the same time. There are two operating modes, offline and online. In Offline mode, users can prepare a channel plot and surface layout on the plane, tour bus or in the office, or edit guest engineer Show files before transferring them to a USB key to load into a GLD at the venue. In Online mode, Editor adds a second 'virtual' control surface to the GLD system providing simultaneous control. Editor can connect as either a master by uploading current settings to the mixer, or a slave by downloading the current mixer settings. The GUI has been designed to mimic every aspect of the GLD mixer – knobs and faders included. The main Surface view allows for quick mixing functions, while screen navigation keys open up a new window which replicates the GLD touchscreen interface. Processing views, meters, FX control, I/O patch, quick channel strip labelling, drag ‘n drop of surface strip layout, access to memories and preferences can all be found here, coupled with a navigation tab by layer/bank or channel type. This addition means it is easy to select a channel without going back to the main window, and makes GLD Editor usable with most Windows tablets and netbooks with resolutions as low as 1024x768. “We are thrilled to launch GLD Editor and be able to offer users yet more flexibility with the GLD system. The GUI simulation is a huge benefit to users who are now able to easily configure the mixer offline away from the mixer, and especially useful for new users who are unfamiliar with GLD and still getting to know the surface, buttons and menus,” comments product manager, Leon Phillips. Editor is available as part of a new GLD firmware update, V1.3, which also includes added functionality, such as ganging of trims, output channels available as sources in the patch-bay for input channels and External Input on mix channels.

  13. MBira bva Zimbabwe is a twenty-two key MBira with added machachara—or "sizzler", as we call it—to give a buzzing sound. The buzzing is traditionally important because it is believed to attract the ancestral spirits. We have deconstructed the sizzler from the original tone, so that you can mix between the chromatic tone, the release noises, and the sizzler sound, all within the Kontakt interface. You can also adjust the sizzler's decay independently, to find your perfect balance between the tone of the MBira keys and the buzz of the sizzler. We sampled the MBira bva Zimbabwe library in two velocity layers, and recorded four round robins for each of the chromatic metal keys, sizzlers, and release samples. The instrument was close-miked in stereo, and the library contains 252 24-bit WAV samples. The key range of the instrument is from B1 to C5. The MBira bva Zimbabwe features: 252 stereo 24-bit WAV samples Chromatic metal key notes and release noises Percussive "sizzler" samples from the MBira body 1 program for NI Kontakt 3-5 with scripted interface 3 programs for NI Kontakt 2 3 programs for Logic EXS24 All formats are included when you buy MBira bva Zimbabwe. Full version of Kontakt is required, this library does NOT work with the free Kontakt Player! MBira bva Zimbabwe costs 20 $ (+11 $ if you want it on DVD)
  14. EL CAJON, Calif. - September 16, 2013 - Taylor Guitars has released its popular Fall Limited Editions for 2013, delivering a fresh wave of sonic inspiration. This year's collection features rare, figured mahogany paired with European spruce, rosewood/cedar 400 Series models, and a stage-friendly upgrade to the 200 Series that gigging players will love. Curly-figured sets of mahogany, an anomaly among the normally straight-grained trees, bring unique visual appeal to Taylor's 500 Series Limited Editions. Sourced from Central America, the wood was paired with a European spruce top braced with Adirondack spruce, which produces clear sonic headroom with extra warmth and tonal flavor, according to Taylor master builder Andy Powers. Because of the fundamental emphasis of mahogany, Powers says, players can expect a dynamic voice that's both powerful and sophisticated. Wood--rich appointments include Indian rosewood binding along the body, soundhole and fretboard, with figured mahogany top trim. Special to this series is a rosette design featuring mahogany and boxwood, which gives the top an organic, modern feel. Boxwood was also used in the new "Avian" fretboard inlay, an abstract design featuring progressive winged forms. Two non-cutaway models, the Grand Auditorium 514e-FLTD and Grand Symphony 516e-FLTD, are available. Each guitar includes a bone nut and Micarta saddle, a full-gloss finish, and new Taylor Expression System® acoustic electronics. Two 400 Series Limiteds, the Grand Auditorium 414ce-FLTD and Grand Symphony 416ce-FLTD, treat players to the warm sonic pairing of Indian rosewood and Western Red cedar. The blend of rosewood's broad frequency range with cedar's rich overtones yields a complex voice that re sponds well to a light touch. One other inclusion in the series is the 12-string Grand Symphony456ce-FLTD, which substitutes a Sitka spruce top to produce a better tonal response with the additional string tension. The 400 Series Limiteds feature mother-of-pearl dot fretboard inlays, white binding, and a gloss-finish top. Taylor's third unique offering this fall is a pair of 200 Series models, the Dreadnought 210ce-FLTD and Grand Auditorium 214ce-FLTD, which feature several performance-friendly upgrades. The pairing of rosewood laminate back and sides with a solid Sitka top is enhanced by an all-gloss finish, Taylor Expression System acoustic electronics, and a hardshell case. Players at every skill level will benefit from a professional-grade performance package that will elevate their stage presence to another level. The Fall Limiteds are currently available at Authorized Taylor Dealers.
  15. Eastwood Guitars introduces the Marksman 5, a tribute replica to the ultra-rare 1957 Magnatone® Mark V designed by Paul Bigsby. The Eastwood Marksman 5 replicates the vintage original in almost every detail, but as with all Eastwood models there have been some solid improvements. The new Eastwood Marksman 5 is a classic vintage style guitar with modern playability and sure to hit a sweet spot in the marketplace. The new Eastwood Marksman 5 features a comfortable lightweight tone chambered mahogany body in a vintage Sunburst finish. This 24 ¾” scale guitar has a 22 fret set mahogany neck, rosewood finger board, and measures 1 5/8” at the nut. The vintage sound is delivered through a pair of custom designed EW Alnico SCP90s with a 3-way switch, one volume and one tone control. The sound of this guitar is bright and glassy clean, but also responds well with distortion, making it a very versatile guitar. A major upgrade over the original Paul Bigsby designed Magnatone® is a modern adjustable roller bridge to vastly improve the setup and intonation. “The ’57 Magnatone® is one of my personal favorites in today’s vintage market, but unaffordable to most" said Mike Robinson, President and founder of Eastwood Guitars, "therefore I wanted to make a replica that did it justice and the Marksman 5 nails it.”

  17. Two years after the release of the BD101 and FT201, Berlin based effects manufacturer KOMA Elektronik has officially added a new unit to their pedal line: The RH301 – Rhythm Workstation / Utility Tool! The RH-301 is KOMA Elektronik's solution for a problem that can give many musicians and producers a headache: analog and digital equipment that needs to run side by side, in sync, but at the same time still needs to be controllable, which is not always an easy task! There are many standards out there: MIDI, DIN Sync, analog clocks and control voltages in the form of LFOs and envelopes. That they don't always work together the way you want them to is a time consuming and annoying reality. This is why we decided to build a universal tool that helps electronic musicians get the most out of their equipment by properly syncing a large amount of devices in many different ways, without losing a 'hands-on' feeling and creativity! Master Clock and Divisions The beating heart of the RH301 is the master clock, of which the tempo can be set by turning the Tempo knob, by tapping a tempo on the tap button, by syncing it to MIDI, DIN Sync or an external analog clock signal. The generated clock signal can be passed on via two clock outputs, two division outputs or via the MIDI Output and DIN Sync Output. An incoming MIDI signal can also be passed along via the MIDI Thru and MIDI Out sockets. Sync able LFO And that’s not all: besides having a master clock section, the RH301 is also fitted with a LFO which can be synced to the master clock, a division of the master clock, or run freely from 0,25 Hz to 260 Hz in five different waveforms: sine, triangle, square, S&H and noisine. This means the pedal can also be used as an lo-fi oscillator, when you turn the LFO up into the audible range. The LFO has two separate outputs on the patch bay: LFO out and LFO inverted out. Some of the features of the LFO can also be modulated via control voltage, the pedal boasts CV inputs for LFO SPEED, LFO RESET and LFO SYMMETRY. Sync able Envelope Generator The third main feature of the RH301 is an Envelope Generator which can easily be synced to the master clock, a division of the master clock, an external gate/trigger or run freely in loop mode. World-class engineers & producers on the 2016 Stereo Room: “I’ve been bugging any number of reverb manufacturers to emulate the 2016’s Stereo Room for over a decade. I’m excited to finally have one of my favorite reverbs available again.” - George Massenburg (Engineer/Producer - James Taylor, Billy Joel, Journey) "For those of us in the engineering profession, the Eventide 2016 has been the reverb by which we judge all reverbs.” - Dave Pensado (Mixer – Beyonce, Usher, Pink) "The best analogue sounding digital reverb at your fingertips. I never mix without it. If you don't have a plate, you better buy this!" - John Agnello (Engineer/Producer - Dinosaur Jr., Kurt Vile, Sonic Youth) “The 2016 Stereo Room Reverb is one of the lushest digital reverb sounds ever. This is a long overdue plug for many drum and vocal special effects.” - Joe Chiccarelli (Engineer/Producer – U2, White Stripes, Elton John) “A very unusual design, it can perform compression and expansion simultaneously, enabling it to produce dramatic dynamic effects that most other compressors can’t replicate. It is also capable of seriously heavy-handed processing, making it attractive for use in parallel compression scenarios.” - Paul White, Sound on Sound

  22. BEND, Oregon (Sept 4, 2013) - Sound Sculpture Musical Instrument Products released the Switchblade 8F, a compact guitar effect switching system intended to be mounted on floorboards to integrate guitar effects with flexible preset based routing and mixing and with expression pedal control. "Floor mounted guitar effects are the essential tools of the trade for guitar players but most will simply connect all their prized sound changers as a row of series connected effects, never realizing that these golden toys, when routed and mixed in certain combinations, can expand the available tonal palette by a magnitude." says owner and chief engineer Ken Czepelka. "An advanced method of integrating effects into unique arrangements and setting gains on the fly and with extensive real time control is now available in the Sound Sculpture Switchblade-8F floor mounted switching system." With 8 inputs and 8 outputs in a compact 9 x 4 x 2 inch form factor, the Switchblade 8F shrinks the rackmount Switchblade-8 unit down to a size that sits comfortably on typical guitar floorboard systems and adds all new features to address the special needs of these systems. A key feature of the Switchblade 8F lies in its ability to route effects in series in any order, to combine effects in parallel or to create unusual combinations of series/parallel arrangements and change those routings instantly by changing presets from a simple footswitch or a MIDI controller. Additional creative power lies in the unit's ability to set gains at every audio connection, not just at the inputs and outputs. Real time control is a feature of the 8F allowing up to 8 simultaneous controllers out of a palette of the 13 available to be assigned to connections in lieu of fixed gain settings. This allows the user to cross fade between effects, to pan between amps or to swell volumes. In addition to 8 MIDI CC controllers, there are 2 expression pedal inputs and 3 internal Autosweep (LFO) controllers. The 3 Autosweep controllers can be set to oscillate or single sweep from 50ms to 60 seconds and, like the other controllers, can be randomly assigned to any connections in a preset. Since a range of gains, which represent the sweep range of a pedal for example, can be assigned to each individual connection, a controller can affect the gains of connections to different degrees and even sweep in reverse. This allows for varying tremolo, cross fading, and panning effects anywhere in the effect/amp network. In addition two "contact closure" type relays can be connected to amps to change channels and reverb simultaneous with preset changes. Although the unit is fully MIDI capable, special care was taken to address the needs of musicians that do not use MIDI by offering comprehensive footswitch capability keeping floorboards as small as possible. For these players a simple triple footswitch can change presets on the 8F which in turn can then send an array of messages to any MIDI gear than might be on the floorboard. The footswitch can also be used to boost/cut preset outputs, tap tempo the internal Autosweeps, scroll through presets loaded into a "Preset Manager", toggle the relays, tap tempo CC on/off messages for other effects, and change levels of presets in memory. The Switchblade 8F is easily programmed from the front panel, but a comprehensive Windows editor is available free from our web site for those that must use an editor. A Mac editor is coming soon. Sound Sculpture Musical Instruments was founded in 1986 to provide musicians and the audio industry solutions for integrating gear into powerful performance systems using advanced audio routing technologies. 23. SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – It’s the biggest news in guitar effects in decades: HARMAN’s DigiTech today announced the rebirth of DOD, one of the world’s most legendary guitar pedal lines. DOD is returning with a vengeance, reintroducing two of the most revered pedals of all time – the DOD Overdrive Preamp 250 and Phasor 201. Both models retain all the sonic magic of the originals while incorporating improvements like true bypass, 9V power adapter jack and other refinements. “Legions of musicians worldwide still treasure their DOD pedals and still use them regularly. Now, guitar players everywhere will be able to enjoy DOD pedals once again and hear why some players won’t part with their DOD pedals for any reason,” said Scott Klimt, Marketing Manager, DigiTech. “These pedals are not strict re-issues,” Klimt continued. “We’re redefining what each pedal should be, and building those pedals. The paint jobs, graphics, functionality and naturally the sounds pay homage to the vintage pieces but with improvements that better accommodate the needs of today’s players.” The DOD Overdrive Preamp 250 is one of the most all-time coveted overdrive pedals in rock and roll history, thanks to its ripping, crunching tone, tons of boost and ability to push an amp into the edge of breakup…and far beyond. The new Overdrive Preamp 250 captures the sound and wild heart of the original yet is even better than before with true bypass, a blue LED indicator, clearer tone, and a modern9-volt DC power supply input. As if that weren’t enough, the Overdrive Preamp 250’s output is significantly higher and cleaner than the original, giving the new 250 an incredibly polished sound. Even the familiar yellow finish has been upgraded to a striking two-tone metallic flake and matte black paint job. The Overdrive Preamp 250 offers Gain and Level controls. Gain controls the amount of distortion from just a touch of grit to all-out grind, and Level dials in anything from a subtle enhancement of body and girth to huge amounts of boost for standout soloing. While the original would color the sound even when off, the new pedal’s true bypass makes the Overdrive Preamp 250 far more performance and pedalboard-friendly. The DOD Phasor 201 was one of the first phaser pedals ever made, and the new Phasor 201 brings back that classic analog phaser “swoosh” that can’t be duplicated by any other effect. The new pedal is better than ever with true bypass, a crisp blue LED indicator, 9-volt power supply input and sleek two-tone metallic flake and matte black finish. Like the original, it’s simplicity itself to operate – just one knob to control the speed of the phasing effect, with stellar sounds at any range. The DOD Overdrive Preamp 250 and DOD Phasor 201 will be available for a limited time only, starting in October 2013 at a suggested retail price of $149.95 each.
