Members nuke_diver
I have this I'm thinking of replacing either the neck pu or possible both with P90's because I already have the dual HB sound covered with my Reverend. Should I do both 1 or none.. I'll try a poll but the last time it never showed up BTW P90 would be Pure90's from BG-
Members geirbiscohn
Why not go for it? worst thing that happens is you don't like em and you switch em back out for the humbuckers...?
Members Voltaire
depends on the music you play. All of my dual humbucker guitars had a humbucker sized p90 in the neck at one point.. I just love that tone so much, it's lovely. but i still had a hot humbucker in the bridge for rock/metal.
Members sk8centilli
I put a Rio Grande Fat Bastard in my Esquire (same Korean model as yours) and it sounds wonderful; then again, the only choice I had was the bridge. That said, I voted to replace both!

Members Ryan Trevisol
I voted HB in the bridge. Absolutely the best setup ever is P-90 neck and bucker bridge.
Members nuke_diver
I voted HB in the bridge. Absolutely the best setup ever is P-90 neck and bucker bridge. I was thinking that too based on what I've heard out of a double agent. However the options so far are pretty one sided. @katallic It isn't that it sounds bad it sounds fine, but if I want HB sounds I'll generally go to my Reverend since that is even better and my #1. So I was looking at this as way to get a sound I currently don't have namely P90s and bumping for the morning crew (morning here anyways)
