Members chiro972
I found a MIM 60's tele brand new for $450. Anyone ever played one? Got any opinions on them? I need another guitar like a hole in the head, but this seems like a pretty good bargain.

Members Ø_O
Everyone I hear that has them, love them. I can't say for sure what I'd value them at but they're definitely a players guitar. Unforgiving, if that word can be applicable to guitars.

Members Mister Crow
I had one about 5 years ago. The build quality seemed excellent, and I liked the tone VERY much. Two things led me to sell it- mine was particularly heavy, I'm sure the weights vary like any model but mine was quite heavy. But the real breaker for me was, and continues to be, the vintage radius and vintage frets. Just not my cup of tea after getting used to modern Fender's with 9.5 radius and the newer standard medium jumbos.
Members moon shadow
I bought one a couple of years ago and thought it was very good. It felt good, played well, the pups are not crap like on the standard teles. It just had a great vibe to it IMO.

Members chiro972
I did indeed! Went and got it today. Look for pics in my NGD thread. The vintage frets and radius will take some getting used to, but I like it so far.
