Members lowbrow Posted March 27, 2009 Members Share Posted March 27, 2009 Closest neck in my database are a MIM Strat and MIM Tele, which have almost identical proportions and are also C-shaped: both are .860" at the 1st fret and .900" at the 12th. They're both from 2006. So I'm not crazy! They always felt very similar to me...I know 90's MIM standards tended to have thinner necks, I just assumed they got fatter later, but if 2006 spec'ed out like that, who knows when they changed em...
