But he had a unique, clean vocal style, whose music did touch me when I was a fan. Kenny apparently died of lung cancer last night. He smoked three packs a cigarettes every night he played a gig in a bar, whether he knew it or not. Considering how many years he played, he smoked a lot of cigarettes.
