Lawsuit era Cimar; when I stripped the old black paint off, I discovered it has a two-piece mahogany body. Original string-thru/toploader bridge (currently set up string through, but I love it as a toploader too), GFS Memphis in the neck, GFS overwound 60's in the bridge. I should point out, I'm not usually a fan of overwound pickups, I chose this one to give it half a chance to keep up with the neck humbucker, but this one's great - loads of clarity and definition.

 

EDIT: sorry it's so big - I've tried to edit it down - any code I can use?

The one thing that I've noticed. Everyone has chrome hardware.


Would you say that is more typical of a white Fender?

 

 

Unless you look at the Jim Root sig white Tele that uses black HW, i'd say silver is the most common HW colour on a white model :thu:
