NGD: CARVIN ST300

Price for mine shipped was $1560.

The DCs and STs are more like Jackson Soloists.
Which a comparable Soloist to my ST specs would be
the SL2H-MAH. $2300.

The Carvin Bolt+ or C66 would be similar to the Charvels
in design.
The advantages to the Carvin are.
1. You can pick options you prefer. Woods, bridge, frets, inlays,etc..
2. Carvin still used the Schaller made OFR. Where as the Charvel San Dimas
use the OEM MIK OFR.
3.You'd have to move up to the Charvel customshop to get options.
Which will most likely cost much more.

Both companies Carvin and USA Charvel/Jackson make great guitars.
Build quality is top notch.
So, you can't go wrong there either way.

I just realized too that it reminds me a little of my old Heartfield EX-2 with the dark stained top: I think you're going to dig it. I wasn't aware of the diamond inlay design choice availability, I also understand they have a new fancy inlay style for that model.

Carvin offers this now as an inlay.

This is "one" of Rob Levene's ST300 guitars.
He has over 50 Carvins.

The inlays are sort of cool.

Did a little set up today on the ST300.
Using my DC400 as a reference.
So, I took a quick pic of them together.
