Ignorant person is convinced and assured by someone who seems trustworthy that the guitar they are buying holds far more value than it actually does. When it comes time to sell the guitar, they base their asking price upon these assurances. When the marketplace reveals the actual value, they cannot reconcile this with what they were led to believe. They are incredulous and insulted. they are angry. It's hard to come to grips with the fact they've been conned. Most of these folks aren't trying to cheat anybody. They were taken advantage of. Don't hate them, don't scorn them. We've all been screwed over. If someone is bound and determined to make a mistake, you can't stop them. Life's painful lessons are taught in solitary and individual ways. Wise up or get played.
