Members Norcal_GIT_r
Cool thanks Prages. Great build thread. That should get quite a few people interested in building these kits.I built 2 kits this weekend. The BSIAB2 and it's a great pedal. I love the sound of it.I also did a TS kit form another company and it's not as nice of a pedal. The tone is ok and I guess it has the TS vibe but it reminds me of $30.00 pedal but the kit cost $60.00. You turn it off and the clean tone is much lower. The GGG kit is $50.00 kit that sounds like $150-200 pedal. Also spend the extra for the bigger box. I got the small box and things are tight inside.I'm going to build a few more of the GGG kits. It was a lot of fun.
Members megawzrd
I built the GRO kit aka Dan Armstrong Ring Modulator today. Took about 2 and a half hours. Was fun to build, sounds pretty good but didn't get much time to jam with it yet. +1 on the going with the bigger box as BG suggested it is cramped. The smaller box is actually the more expensive one...go figure. Anyways I also got the JBT fuzztone to work on this weekend. Don't forget the "maysale15" code for 15% off as Kulardenu mentioned.
