Members evh1984
From Skid Row's "I Remember You" vid. I've always wanted the blue guitar. Anyone know what brand it is?

Members evh1984
I appreciate that, but I'm not sure it's a Hamer.
Members CoqBelliqueux
Oh, it's a custom thing based on it then?

Members ArKay
Found elsewhere... It was a custom job made by Chris Hofschnieder who built guitars in the Artists Endorsment room off the main floor of the factory. A similiar custom model was made for Joe Perry of Aerosmith. Total artist custom jobs but they were considered Spectors and had the Spector logo on the headstock. If my memory serves, it didn't say Kramer anywhere on that guitar.http://www.kramerforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41867 I think it says Hofschneider on the TRC. Members evh1984
Thanks, guys! I suspected it had something to do with Kramer, judging by the Kramer-esque details: all black Floyd, single bridge hb, thin neck.. but the headstock threw me off.I didn't see a volume knob either. It'd be awesome if this same guitar was being produced
Members rog951
Look at the frame at 2:38...the truss rod cover has a long-ass word on it in a script-type font. I can't make heads or tails of it but maybe you can? Edit: it says "Hofschnieder". Thanks ArKay!
Members nickeroo
Wow! Seriously, I always wondered what it was too, and never knew. This place can be cool!
Members Yarbicus
Spector is well known in the bass world. Didn't make a bunch of guitars but they show up occasionally. Very unique feel to them. Don't know about the ones made by Hofschnieder, though.

Members Yarbicus
meh...Kramers never really did it for me...great song, though... Spector was to Kramer what Jackson is to Fender. Wholly owned but completely independent construction. Maybe some similar parts (trem, etc) but the body and neck are completely different.
