They should have been advertised differently, new names for a new line. I see why they did it, to make $$$ on the name and the 80s nostalgia. I keep it stock too, has coiltap already.I'm not sure why it gets downplayed, I would rather have this than many 800+ guitars out there and that's exactly what some reviewers have said. ......quadrails suck. What reviewers were those, little kiddies who wouldn't know a quality instrument if it landed on their head? Play a REAL Kramer from the 80s with REAL original FR and original Schaller pickups and hardware, which you can get for less than your stated 800 dollars used on the 'bay, and then tell me you would take that striker over it.
