Members DaleH Posted January 14, 2011 Members Share Posted January 14, 2011 I think that spray setup involves a a very big fan sucking up the spray and fumes. The latest vids of Gibson show a similar arrangement. Some new paint shops I have seen the floor in the paint both is grating and everything gets sucked down. Members ihavenofish Posted February 19, 2011 Members Share Posted February 19, 2011 if this video was labeled "guitar factory in china" people would be using it as proof the factories are abusing workers and the workmanship and labour skills are sub par and that we should boycott them. about safety though, aside from the masks - people really didnt understand how dangerous isocyanates and such were - most of it is inline with modern small shops. you never wear gloves with something like a bandsaw for example, unless you want to lose and arm.
