Members metallica_00
I have one, but it's somewhat old (2001). I'd call it a medium C. I'm not really sure what the nut width is. I'm not too picky with necks personally, but it's neither a baseball bat nor a super slim shreddy neck. Pretty middle of the road.
Members Bubbluz
Thanks , I was never really picky either, but now that arthritis is setting in it is something I have to consider more and more .
Members SouthpawGuy
My '96 535 has a slim neck, the '07 535 has a fuller neck with more girth. For reference my '90 LP Standard is somewhere in between the two of them. In general older Heritages have slimmer neck profiles and newer ones, the last five or six years or so, have larger necks. If ordering new they can make the neck to the buyers requirements.
Members silent-strat
Heritage necks have always been too small, for my liking, but then I like em' chunky
Members Critical Ninja
The neck on my H-150CM is more Gibson 60's shape..."fat" is not a word I'd use to describe it.

Members mgoetting
I've got several Heritages and have played quite a few others. Some have a 50s neck and some are medium. Not that many are truly thin. Only 4-5 guitars are made a day there. Marv Lamb rolls many of the necks himself. He did many of the original 50s LPs. The Heritage necks are among the best on Earth.
