Members soundcreation
I think most of the brightness comes from the new strings. then it would have sounded the same on all three samples. A fresh set of strings isn't going to loose it's brightness after a little playing and when you swap out bridge.

Members twotimingpete
The more time I've spent playing the 3 saddle through a real amp (as opposed to plugged into the computer for recording) the more I get the subtle sense that there's a difference between them. there seems to be a different feel/response to the pick attack, and it's something I like. It's hard to quantify though. Not sure how much of it translates through the speaker, playing guitar is an organic experience and you can't exactly isolate what's all where. for what it's worth, I'm currently leaning towards the "there's a small difference" side of the fence, and I'm the type of person who would be skeptical of that.
