Spent nearly an hour in the soundproof section with a Strat and a Les Paul trying it out at all volumes, all settings and was thoroughly impressed. It sounds like a slightly smaller AC15. Which I guess is what they were going for! edit: it's an AC4C1 by the way! Thumbs up to Vox for this one. First impressions are good. It's also really light - I reckon it doesn't weigh much more than a guitar in a flight case. I can see myself carrying this around to jams as well as using it at home. Will probably get around to a review later, maybe even with some clips if I can do it justice. But for now... I've got 30 days to change my mind. I'm going to try it with a reasonable-volume drummer and see if it's punchy enough - I think it will be. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members onelife Posted August 17, 2012 Members Share Posted August 17, 2012 get one of these and carry it around with you - it fits in a guitar case if your amp is ever not loud enough, just hang it in front of the speaker and run it through whatever PA is available at the time.
