Members kit_strong
Some people like me have "knock-around" guitars, I really don't like taking my LP Supreme to bar gigs... I'd also like to have an LP copy that has SS frets, since it wouldn't be worth refretting it'd be nice if I never had to worry about that Check out sparrow guitars. They cost more than agile but way less than a Gibson a d come standard with SS frets.

Members billybilly
I'm in the camp who believes all frets should be SS. Why not? Wear better, feel better and I refuse to believe they make your guitar brighter, that's rubbish. The only problem is they can wear tools out but hardly require maintenance. Members Steadfastly
Crazy this just got bumped. Rondo came out w/ this w/in the past week: http://www.rondomusic.com/product5644.html With a decent neck at 1 3/4" at the nut. I see more and more guitars with wider necks these days. I wonder if Gibson and Fender will ever clue in to this. But that is the problem with large companies. They usually don't see trend changes until it's too late. Then they wonder why they have lost so much market share.
