I know what it is and what it does.Recently the original caps got so bad that I was forced to have it gone over, new tubes ,new caps and a few mods to give it more power. Now I have a new amp . I was comfortable with the old sound but now I've been forced out of my vintage corner into a bigger room. The amp is hotter ,brighter and if anything a little too clean. If I open it up and move some air it sounds great but is just too loud ,sure I can use a pedal to get some dirt at lower volume. The point is that I don't like change but this change was good .It forced me into a hotter and faster style of play I think we all need a little shake up from time to time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
