Zero problems, but as with all inkjets be sure to let the discs dry for a day.

I wouldn't use it for large mass production, but for home use it's great.

Tim, do you use yours with a Mac or a PC? I'm on a Mac and I find that sometimes the CD tray won't work - the printer just thinks the paper's jammed.

Sorry for the hijack.

Just thought I'd throw my two cents here.

I've got an Epson R320 with CD printer and I like it okay for the ocassional demo or if I just want to impress someone with my CD printing ability, but most of the time I'm still using a Sharpie marker to label CDs.

I couldn't say how far the ink goes because I do a wide range of printing on paper, glossy photo paper, and CDs, but if I probably wouldn't do a run of more than ten CDs on my printer. Any more than that and I'd consider getting a short run done somewhere.

Oh, and I'm on a Mac and have no problems concerning the tray, though it is a bit different than the R200. Does the 200 have six ink cartridges as well?

One question: I'm just using Epsons Easy CD print software which is terrible. If anyone could tell me how to print to CD from Photoshop, that would be awesome. I'm pretty sure it's possible.
