Members garytees
Epi EB-3. Had choice of ebony, white or cherry and this one was the lightest. Gonna give her a whirl at tonite's gig and keep my P-bass handy just in case.

Members garytees
The white was nice but a little heavier than this. Wood from a different part of the forest?

Members garytees
Sounds pretty good at home through my Nemesis N12S but I'll be playing at a gig in about an hour. Here's a clip from the Epi website:

Members garytees
Well, I just got back from the gig and was disappointed after the first few numbers as it didn't have the clarity and quick movement of the p-bass. Went to the p-bass the 2nd set then tried the Epi again later in th evening, then back to the p-bass. I'll have to try it in a different rig or do some tweaking. Members NeonVomit
Yeah, that Sidewinder pickup is the last word on massive sound. Does need some tweaking but I've played a few before and liked them a lot. Apart from the neckdive

Members Optimus Prime
I'm buying a Gibson SG in the next 2 weeks. I wish it had the 5 knobs like the Epiphone version.
Members poomwah
neck dive? is that a balance issue? anyway, I was wanting an eb-0 or eb-3 I never played a fender, so I wouldnt be able to make the comparison.but with the clarity issue, maybe I need to find something else :[
Members Hearafter
The white was nice but a little heavier than this. Wood from a different part of the forest? No, it's because white paint is "lighter"... Do want, btw!
