Members bbl
Transparent Sonic Blue on ash: If you are going opaque, it doesn't matter. Oh, gawd! You're making my decision harder... again.Does Lakland do transparent sonic blue? I don't see it.I've been jonesin for sonic blue, obsessed, really. Until yesterday... when I started seeing some Lakie's in Shoreline Gold! Seems like SG is common on the decade hollowbody f'less and on the Scheff. And Bass Central has a SG JO.Bob Glaub, shoreline gold, black pg, maple f'board. Or mint pg and r'wood f'board.

Moderators Kindness Posted December 12, 2008 Moderators Share Posted December 12, 2008 Oh, gawd! You're making my decision harder... again. Does Lakland do transparent sonic blue? I don't see it. They do, but they don't know it. Pat Wilkins does that finish (he did that particular bass pictured for Sadowsky) and Lakland uses Pat for their finishes. I talked to Dan directly about that finish and he said that if Pat does it, I could get it on any US bass with no upcharge.

Members 82Daion
It's pretty nice-looking, as P-basses go. At least it doesn't have a tort guard on it.
