Members sventvkg Posted June 22, 2010 Members Share Posted June 22, 2010 Hey guys..I haven't gigged since Jan.. but even so, I haven't learned anything new for my Solo Acoustic gigs in a while and I need some ideas for some new tunes. Seems I'm gonna be doing 3 days a week this summer on the shore. I'm working on a bunch of new country but what about Rock/singer songwriter type stuff? What's popping out there these days? Been doing it since the Mid 90's. I mean newer stuff. Jack Johnson is almost unbearable to listen to let alone play! Monotone un-melodic stuff for the most part although there may be 2 tunes I can stand. I've heard of Matt Nathanson but wasnt' aware his tunes were widely known at all.
