Members tayholliday
What sliding rack shelf do you recommend for mounting some pedals? thanks!
Members NyteOwl
Plenty around to choose from. Just pick a style you like: These two will mount in a single space, but your pedals will need more room so you'll have to leave the space above the shelf open: Here's another design that uses the mounting holes for 2 spaces: I have one of these for sale, if you're interested. All three styles have detentes to hold them in place when they're closed and all are designed for full size/depth racks. Here's a link to a post showing how a fellow forumite made his own full size/depth sliding shelf: http://acapella.harmony-central.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1959001 ..and this link goes to a post showing how I made a sliding shelf designed to fit in an SKB shallow effects rack: http://acapella.harmony-central.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2166902 Hope this helps... Members tayholliday
Thanks for taking the time to help me out! I have a shallow case 12" so I suppose I'll have to build one. Is the search feature broken? I wasn't able to find those topics.

As in the Forum's search feature in the menu above. I haven't gotten any results from searching by keyword.
Members NyteOwl
Apparently the forum's Search function has been disabled by the mods while they perform some sort of maintenance, and they expect it to be down for a few weeks. Members starsnuffer
I don't like sliding shelves. They're great for tweaking, but they're heavy. The regular sheetmetal shelves are much lighter and sturdier. -W
Members tayholliday
How about a drawer? It would seem to protect my pedals nicely and perhaps not be much heavier than a fixed shelf (since its sheet metal).

They should just change it so it links to Advanced Google Search.

I don't think google crawls sites often enough for that. HC could get their own google search appliance and point it to the forum though.
