Members Reverend Cheese
Could you good people please refer me to a source of free practice tracks?I'm wanting to find a variety of styles, keys, grooves etc. Almost all of what I am finding is Blooz, and in a limited number of keys to boot. Thanks for the help in advance. Reverend C.

Members Music Calgary
If you're into the software thing Band in a Box is such a great tool for creating backing tracks on the fly. I first bought BIAB back in like 1998 and have been using it ever since, awesome updates every year like clockwork -- such great software.

Members Reverend Cheese
Thank you gentlemen! I do need to get BiaB, but for now, GuitarBT is great! I think that guy needs some support. Poor guy is selling guitars due to being broke, AND he is still maintaining his site giving away free tracks. Members Music Calgary
Poor guy is selling guitars due to being broke, AND he is still maintaining his site giving away free tracks Maintaining a website is no big deal. You add a few tracks when you can, pay the $4 per month and off you go. If he's selling his guitars to pay bills it's certainly not because he's putting 80 hours per week into that website, sorry but the guy needs to go pack boxes at a warehouse for $15 per hour or whatever like the rest of us and get his {censored} together. Wash dishes, drive a cab, move in with someone, whatever... We all have to do it. I don't think it's good to support people as they unlearn how to work like a normal person. And, end of the day, it's healthy artistically to starve a little anyhow...
