Members Binkeys
I'm trying to find some classic rock intros for our party band to play before the guests of honor are introduced. Ideally, I'd like to have a few in our repertoire to choose from. The criteria I'd like these all to have is:Be reasonably well-known. (i.e. the average Joe will recognize it.) Be short. About 1/2 a minute or so. Definitely not more than one minute in length. They should feature keyboards. Hey, I'm the musical director. I'm gonna indulge myself. I'd love to to hear what you guys can suggest.

Members Binkeys
Thanks for the quick responses. I should add the instrumentation of our band is usually keyboard, bass, guitar, drums, and three horns (tenor, trombone and trumpet). Ideally I'd like something including everybody in the band, but I'm not averse to re-arranging somewhat, like having the horns double the keyboard part on Jump. Members GigMan
What is this for: introductions at weddings? Try these: 1) Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now - McFadden & Whitehead 2) Turn Me Loose - Blues Bros. Intro 3) Celebration - Kool & the Gang (yes, I know it's tired & played but people seem to still like it) 4) Rocky Theme 5) CC Rider Intro - Elvis 6) Rock+Roll Pt. II - Gary Glitter ...btw, if you are talking about wedding introductions, then it's all about the mood that the song invokes - unfortunately, it may or may not have anything to do w/your keyboards.
