I'm hoping someone who has both will chime in. But basically the Mayonaise is very smooth and amp-like, and it is no longer available. The Mayo is a bit grittier and a touch more aggressive, but similar in many respects. No shortage of parts for the small-box Mayo; it's not slated for discontinuation any time soon.
