Members agent 2905 Posted June 7, 2006 Members Share Posted June 7, 2006 I'm looking for some new pedals to buy, I play sort of a spacy sound, but at the same time I like straight out rock and use that a lot in the music. Pedals that I have/buying currently are the Rat II, Digidelay, DD-20, Electric mistress, and I am thinking about the MXR distortion and blue box. That said, you should think about more modulation, like chorus and phase. Those will sound spacey, especially with delay. Maybe some Flange. I think if the pedal had an octave up option as well as or even instead of octave down, it would be more useful. How about a ringmod or something like that? Members PFDarkside Posted June 7, 2006 Members Share Posted June 7, 2006 This may sound strange, but a volume pedal. Swells are very spacey and add a liberal amount of delay. I also like a smooth, creamy fuzz (through delay) maybe a Crucible Ge? Also, the Space Station or a reverb pedal should be good.
