Members andrews
I've never seen any mention of whether or not Minimoogs have any preset sounds. I was reading over the operating manual and saw no mention of any presets in there. Can someone who has one or has used one let me know? Thanks. Gus Lozada
No, they do not have presets at all.Not the originals from the 70's. The new ones -voyagers- Do.
Members kooki_sf
if you hold down em7 and throw the res knob back and forth a couple of times you will find it.
Members program_insect
I guess you could say it has an infinite number of presets. Just rotate each knob to the desired position to access that particular preset.
Members Analog_Alpha
It has no presets. You have to create your own 'patches', but you can not save them. What you see is what you get. The good part is that you can't really get the exact same sound twice, which would make you more original.

Knee jerk alert Lack of presets does not make you a sound design wizard overnight.
