Members I was The Funk
Hey there. Just got a little big muff. Put it before my wah and before my Jekyll and hyde. Sounds cool. Would it sound cooler if I put the Jekyll and hyde before the wah and the muff ater the wah? I'll experiment at next rehearsal, but if anyone knows any positive or negative interactions (the J&H has a good buffer in it), let me know. Members bowlingshirt
I like using wah before dirt, but that's just a personal preference.

Members melx
"Would it sound cooler if I put the Jekyll and hyde before the wah and the muff ater the wah?" only you can answer that, but I prefer my wah first.

Members Fender&EHX4ever
I've always heard that it's best to put the wah before the dirt, and I've tried doing that with several different wahs: Crybaby GCB-95, Akai Variwah, autowahs... But I always find that the Big Muff drowns out the wah making it way too subtle. So I agree with Melx. I prefer wah after the Big Muff.
Members blackjack davey
It depends on the dirt that you're using. I've tried it both ways but my personal preference is Fuzz > Wah. To my ears at least, the Wah before fuzz would make some really weird sounds and/or be too muffled to use properly. But after, it became clear and very usuable.
