Members mrweems
That is very true. I want to try the ShredMaster into a twin reverb, who has done this? very harsh. thin sounding imo. But then again my opinion of a twin is thin and harsh.

Impersonator as well i see from your rig? hathough i am fat, short and have curly hair...I used to replicate his tone, now i only use the ShredMaster and RV3 of which he has. My music isn;t radiohead-esque either.

Yeah. THey hit the fuzz a bit heavier than the shredmaster. I have a Big box rat with an Lm308 chip. Its probably the only dirt i have that i like through the twin. Oh and my mayo/zero. Members StratoSlacker
the BYOC has much less buzz and the controls have a little more range. i had them both at one point and sold the original. the BYOC is smaller, TB, and has metal jacks. I was thinking about a BYOC version for a while now. You just made up my mind for me. I'm ordering one today. Any more ShredMaster users out there? Post your settings! Members mrweems
does the turbo rat have he lm308? Or am I better off getting a big box rat? Its minor differences, but they are noticeable to the person wanting the specificcs. I personally like the rawer tone of the lm308. The other chip gives it a weird tone IMO. I know a few others agree with that. Turbo rat I have no idea. I've played/owned FKR, Rat 2, Big box 90's RI. So far my fav is the BB 90's RI i have. Its {censored}ing massive! Pending on where you set the tone, you can get trebly high gain. Or some mellow OD. Great pedal. Its all just what your looking for.
Members Jbrazz
Im looking for some high gain, but the rat seem to be the way to go PS: remeber when I had that thom yorke avatar and a deluxe 85 (which my dad dad gave me for Christmas) and everyone made fun of me! Now look at you nerds, no one as even crack one joke. I think I might bring back my thom yorke avatar now.

The only thing about my rig that completely doesn't agree with them is my fascination with Fuzz.
