It's a 1947 Newcomb H-10, 10 watts from two blackplate RCA 6v6s. I'm pretty sure they're the original tubes. It sounds like heaven clean. It's pretty clean for a 60 year old amp.I'd say it's more Slayerish than Panteraish.My original plan, because this is a rack mount amp, was to get a couple Metasonix modules and rack mount them as the pre amp section.Then it would indeed be teh brootalz.The metasonix thing depends on job stuff at this point.
