Members Mike McLenison
The tier level had to be very close clearing a Boss pedal by a 1/32 to fit the cover on. I'm still working with it to get everything hooked up. Top view - Aluminum Diamond Tread Plate - cut with bend (1/4 lip, front and back for added strength) View without tier: Side view - Showing 2 stainless handles mounted with spacers made from aluminum tubing. I've got to put some velcro on the tier and I will add a post in the center of the tier for additional support. The tier is not for stomping on. The extra room on the bottom pedalboard will be for wires and an addition or two.

Members MakuseruSukotto
You have supports in the middle, right? Otherwise it looks like it would be very flimsy.

Yeah, there will be an adjustable post, dead-center. Actually, even without the post it holds up very well because of the diamond plate and the addtional bend/lip on the front and back for the length of it. The additional space below will house one or two Doobtone buffers and unsightly wiring.
Members matterday
You could may try 2 support columns. In the first picture it already looks like it's kind of caving in and you haven't even started to step on the pedals yet.

Members Mike McLenison
Yeah, everything on the tier is on. The Sabine feedback exterminator is for my mic. The decimator > Maxon AD999 > dry into Mackie, wet into Ibanez analog echo (quick repeats), into Ibanez analog chorus > Mackie.
