Members TheBumRush
So I got a WH-1 the other day from someone. Sadly, when I plugged it in, it doesn't work. It will bypass the signal and the dry-out works fine, but when I plug it into the "Wet Added" it makes a huge pop when switched on and then will run a dry signal on any of the Harmony settings and will cut out the sound completely on the Octave functions. The person I purchased it from said it worked fine when he shipped it out and he seems to be very reliable here on the forums. He is contacting the shipper about insurance, so while I wait to hear about that, I was going to see if anyone here might have any ideas on what is wrong with it. I'm not very electronically-inclined so I don't want to open it up personally unless someone knows of a specific way to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Members andreas
Are you using the correct Digtech power supply (PS0913B or PS750)? That's the only thing I can think of, aside from the pedal being damaged.
Members TheBumRush
Yeah, I used the power supply he sent with it as well as the supply for the WH-4 that I have.

Members Taylor704
I don't know if you can do this on the WH-1, but on other Digitech pedals you have to calibrate them sometimes.
Members vulcaniza P
he could be right. somebody mentioned how to do this on a wh1 earlier in the week..... search for it.
Members MakuseruSukotto
If you calibrate like a WH4, unplug power, hold the switch down and then plug the power in. Wait for it to blink, then move the treadle up and down, then press the switch again.
Members TheBumRush
Hmm...I shall try it and post results. Hopefully it works.
Members losergeek
the good news is that digitech will probably be able to take care of you. they charge a 30-40 dollar flat rate and do whatever you need. I've sent them 2 wh-1s and they come back in top shape. So there's hope if you can't figure it out.
