Members driverhasabomb Posted May 21, 2009 Members Share Posted May 21, 2009 Too many Christians try to pick and choose the happy parts out of the Jesus story, while glossing over the parts where he says {censored} like; "Whoever curses father or mother shall die" (Mark 7:10 NAB) Jesus didn't say that. As a 'non-believe' it has always seemed to me that Jesus was much less of a fundamentalist asshole and more of a peace & love kind of guy. You never read about him calling for the death of people for some random stupid {censored} because he realized that stuff isn't that important. Last year we did body shots [non alcoholic of course. The pastor things he knows everything, but his own son smokes copius amounts of weed. That's tight as {censored}, weed I mean.
