Members sethlover
Both are legends, great amps in their own right. There's many a Bassman model but by and by the (narrow panel tweed to 100W silver face) Bassman wins out in my book as the all around performer out of the two. Members Logan.arnold
I live in East Texas close to a guitar shop "Action Sound" where Mr. Cliff Ashby makes custom amps. Cliff was a radar engineer in Vietnam and is now a ba amp designer. Long story short.. He built a ptp tweed 59 bassman for me about two years ago and let me say, I've played tworocks, vintage mesa boogie, classic fenders and vintage vox tb amps but, none hold a flame to my bassman. It's unreal the tone you can achieve from that circuitry.. I'm playing through 2 eminence ceramic 10s on the top and 2 Webber alnico blue 10s on the bottom . I haven't played or heard an amp that compairs
