Members Fender&EHX4ever
My wife's first language is French, so she misunderstood the lyrics: "And I can't fight this feeling anymore. I've forgotten what I've started fightin' for. It's time to bring this ship into the shore and throw away the whores forever" I like her version better. More direct, less metaphor. Members The Friendly Ranger
I haven't seen that video in a long time. It strikes me a bit differently now. I can now see the contempt that Richrath had for that song. Even Gratzer and Hall looked like they were trying not to laugh.
Members Monkeybot
The record was the real nail in the coffin for REO. It's just a nasty dumb song with terrible solo. Gary Richrath's influence was pretty much gone with that record. "Wheels are Turnin'" is the only "REO" song on that album. Great song - No French translation available...
