Members r33k
I'm absolutely fed up with Bias Peak. After years of productivity using Adobe Audition (nee CoolEdit) on the PC, I'm forced to do wave editing on the Mac. Bias Peak is one of the most popular ones and I've spent nearly a year with it trying to get comfortable and I have the same opinion of it now as I did from the start: it ain't no Adobe Audition. Anyone got a better wave editor for the Mac? Or am I going to have to install Parallels Desktop and Audition in order to get any real work done? Gus Lozada
What do you do in Audition you can not do in Peak?
Members syncretism
r33k, Give Wave Editor a try. It's my favorite of the lot.
Members nos
I use Audacity. It's the only prog I've used so I can't compare it to anything else, but it does the trick for me.
Members LameAim
I bought Peak LE a long time ago. Never giving those folks money again. Audacity is good enough for my needs most of the time. I've tried Wave Editor, and it is great if you need something full-featured.
Members pogo97
I use Amadeus Pro which works just fine for me. I owned and used to use Peak but it's just way too fancy and expensive for what I need so at some point I just stopped updating it.
