Members JRBain
I'm not really that much of an OD pedal guy (I use them out of necessity), but I was impressed by GMD's demo, and I've been an SD-1 user since I started playing, moreorless. It has never left my board. If I see one for cheapz, I will definitely be tempted.
Members wiklund87
Any comparisons to other dirt pedals?well I haven't had time to use a lot yet, but to me the crunch side sounds something like the sd-1/bd-2........and the lead side is a distortion that sounds different from the ds1/ds-2...lots of gain available to get a singing lead tone. Members OldCrankyDouche
Just got one. Stellar. Took a little while to dial it in right for my Tele and SS Ampeg combo, but I glad I gave it another chance. I would agree that Timmy, Crunch Box, OCD, MIAB sounds can be copped pretty well, especially for the price. With an ext switch this thing is priceless. Eats up my toobscreamer like its candy. L:love:ving the high gain I get with the TS & SD-2. Thanks to all for convincing me to get one.
Members JRBain
Nice! Is it actually based on the SD-1 circuit or did they just decide to use the aesthetic? I still really want one of these though. I could definitely make great use of it in my current setup. HNPD!
Members OldCrankyDouche
Im not sure if its based on an SD-1. But I do know that an SD-1 can be transformed into a Timmy without a ton of work.

Members OldCrankyDouche
I think anything I offer up with my PC mic is probably going to pale in comparison to GMD or any of the other decent tube vids.

Damn. I just want to hear it being used for some riffy/chordy stuff rather than blues licks.
