Members vinnies Posted July 1, 2011 Members Share Posted July 1, 2011 raisins and grapes do it for me...i eat a bunch of raisins and 2 hours later i'm bloated, letting them loose like crazy, and my farts STINK. and +1,000,000 on the fiber thing. i eat a {censored}load (haha) of veggies and fruits and i feel great.
