I was told over the phone two months ago that the whereabouts of the item were being looked into. Since then, I've received no further information. Contacting them has become impossible; dialing (877)378-9287 no longer works from my home phone (maybe because I'm in Canada?) and I have sent at least 3 emails inquiring about my order, none of which have been responded to. I'd like my item. If it can't be sent to be, I need a refund!DON'T order from these guys! Paypal isn't gonna give me my money back because I opened a dispute "more than 45 days after the transaction date or did not meet other filing criteria".
