Members Lanefair
My desire to go to major events is usually inversely proportional to the quality of the BBC coverage.
Members RadioSilence
ooooh-kay (not sure if you're saying the BBC coverage is good or bad. Since they only show the headliners and {censored} like mumford & sons I'd say it's bad)

Members gambit
are they still selling tickets on whimsical notions of what Glastonbury is about, or have they actually posted a lineup?
Members RadioSilence
are they still selling tickets on whimsical notions of what Glastonbury is about, or have they actually posted a lineup? Same as usual, no lineup yet (although I have it on good authority* the rolling stones are being announced tomorrow, which means I know where I won't be on the sunday night) But I don't see why they need to change when they sell 140k tickets in 100 minutes.I've never been disappointed by a lineup in all the years I've been going, and I rarely go and see the main stage headliners. When there's a dozen-or-so stages there's always something good on somewhere. And there's a few bands I've discovered just by walking past a stage, liking the music and staying. *you know, a guy who knows a guy.
