You know, I'd like to participate in this thread, but i can't make heads or F'n tails of it. I read something about a clone of clone of a DMM, but heard a clip of somebody make warbling feedback noises with a device that may or may not have been a delay, then I read a couple pages about SMD parts and 4-pole footswitches. WTF?

+1 It's a little confusing...a clone of a clone of a clone or something. All I know is that I dig the sounds this thing is making and I want one. :rawk:

it's not just boggling, its {censored}ing amazing! {censored} BBG! {censored} the bucket brigade! Build your own Buccaneer! Surface mount scared me but (lightbulb) use double sided boards and SMD parts and ypu can literally clone your favorite IC and still have space to integrate it into your circuit!

Cheers Ton!

from the "Builders come Clean" - thread :

"Fluntz-box"
"Fuzz-Barber-Zero"
"Find-A-Pitch"
"TZV"

The "Arcdiver" mentioned in above linkx was on my breadboard,
just when that B*-rated news from NAMM came in,
so overnight I implemented those functions into it,
that their so-called "Vintage Time Machine" in its
old-fashioned big vintage-look-alike-chassis offers,
too,
so that now the "Arcdiver" became an "Advanced Time Machine"-clone,
which I prefer to name "ADVANTAGE Time Machine" though,
to have a closer resemblance to the B* clown-series,
and compete head to head... ;)

Are all of these going to be released by a certain NYC company?

puretube does designs,
for nobody
but E-H and himself ...

(and for the interested musicians, of course :) )

Tenine: in fact, all names in your quote are just 2 pedals:

analogue: "Arcdiver" (= "ATM") &

digital: "Orcaster"

& nobody knows yet, whether they`ll be ever seriously be marketed...

Ah ok, thanks for the reply.
So they're basically the same design but Arcdiver is Analogue, where as the Orcaster is Digital, correct?

Could you maybe share with us a list of the controls that each unit has, please?
I'm curious to know if it will have something like 5 or 6, or a load like the Flanger Hoax you did for EHX, and what the controls will do.

I hope they do go into production.
I'm not sure if I personally could ever find a use for the modulated pitch-shifting, but the TZ Vibrato, double tracking sounds and the infitie repeat would all be very useful to me.

Thanks, Ton.

Alex
