Members DirtyChains
Super Sonic head and the matching 2x12 cab. The cab is pretty high quality, fairly light, and has V30s in it. The only thing you will be missing going to the head is reverb. You must get black too:D

Members n0fx
Sorry man...I turned my Bassman head into a 12/10 combo and forget not everyone can do this. I will say this I have a friend who has a Fender SS Stage amp that I REALLY like even though I'm basically a tube guy. I guess if it were me...I'd take the Deluxe. Good luck on the quest. Members Big Boss Man
Instead of the Reissue Deluxe Reverb I would get a Silver Face and have it modded to Black Face specs. It is supposedly not a difficult mod.
Members TimmyP
At my day job, one of our best sounding Fenders is a silver face vibrolux reverb. but the three we have don't sound the same. And of course it does not have much clean volume, and is a little loud cranked. One of our 59 Bassman reissues sounds pretty good, but is too loud when driven to distortion. It has the 4x speaker problem though. The Blues DeVille - both 90's and the reissues - is decent. But again, it's a 4x.

They send you all the cabs, reistor and board to wire it up to 1965 specs.
