When practicing, usually nothing (theres a table for general storage right next to me; i don't like to use the amp as storage because it might get marred or ripped). When gigging, usually a lucky buddha, guitar pics, maybe a notebook with lyrics and such in it. Occasionally a can of soda or water until i realize that i'm being an idiot and take it off.
