This is a test clip I did with VH4 and it covers the classic metal territory.

Please comment, make suggestions etc...

VH4 Test Clip

The settings used were:

Channel 3

-------------

Bass 12 'o clock

Middle 2'o clock

Treble 2'o clock

Gain 4'o clock

Volume 12'o clock

M.Volume 9'o clock

Deep 12 'o clock

I used my trustworthy Gibson LP for this track!

Any contributions will be appreciated, because I want to start recording a demo in this style!!!

It's really short so take a peek.

Thanks in advance guys m/

edit1: The new mix is here

VH4 Test 2

edit2: VH4 Test 3

I like it man, sounds cool. I too think you should lower the verb!

I'll do it tommorow! It should be a bit more dry and If I have time I'll loop it with an addition of a lead line!

Thanks and keep posting comments

Excellent! It would be good to hear it dry to make a comparison :thu: (not caparison, so don't get all excited Mark :p)

Tim thanks for the nice comments! BTW Now the Headstock of Luke is aiming at us!!!:D :D :D

Sean thank you too man. You know what's the problem I've put too much verb on the right channel, the left one is dry and I don't have a carpet on my floor! As funny as it sounds it's always a problem!

I lived in Greece for about 10 years. I studied classical guitar at the Athens Otheo in Platia Vathis under the direction of Dimitri Fampas. A far cry from what I am playing now.

Greek-Canadian. Born in Canada but lived my formative years in Greece much of it during the dictatorship of Papadopoulos.

I also performed in the Parnassos theater as well as theatro Gloria. In addition I taught classical guitar in the branch in Glyfada of the Ethniko Otheo. I was friends with Costas Kotsiolis and Asimakopoulos (classical guitarists)
