Well, when I was in the midst of getting my anthro degree, I took an entire semester of "Peoples & Cultures of Sub-Saharan Africa," and the course began by a map of the continent on which we were to plot countries, cities, mountains, lakes & rivers. So, back in the early 90s, I'd say I knew the African map pretty well. Today, not having had to use that knowledge actively for years, and given the changes that have gone on since, I'd be less eager to make any wagers! There are a lot of places that I haven't had the opportunity to visit around the world, but from having read about and spent a lot of time viewing different places on line and in documentaries and travel channel programs, I would be very content to visit western Europe and France in particular.
