Dude I love the tone I am getting Once I get the chance to mic up my halfstack and make some clips and impulses like I want, I'll be in tone heaven. Members solarburn
I hate spewmo vocals. Gets all over the mics, the stage gets slippery, it just makes a big mess. Is there just a clip of you playing guitar I could listen to?

Is there just a clip of you playing guitar I could listen to? There is no spewing involved with my vocals. They're actually very controlled Here is a no vocals clip: http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=442291&songID=6871137

As long as you're not spraying with your vocals its all good. Thanks for setting the clip up for me.
Members thinkpad20
So what are you using for the lead tones, or are those doubled too? Reamping or two takes per side?
Members mparsons
So what are you using for the lead tones, or are those doubled too? Reamping or two takes per side? Ahh, the lead! That's the Edwards through the JMP-1. It has a slightly smoother, more liquidy lead sound that I like. The ENGL is a bit more responsive though. Members thinkpad20
Cool. The lead tone reminds me of a 5150 lead or my Rockmaster leads. Which is a very good thing. I really like liquidy lead tones.

Members Say Ocean
Your clips have gotten better by a lot. Don't really like the mixing though, kinda boomy. But not bad tone

Members Rydock
Sounds good. Are you playing the stock JBs on both guitars?
Members mparsons
Sounds good. Are you playing the stock JBs on both guitars? No... I hate the JB. The Edwards has a Seymour Duncan custom shop "Br00tzbucker", modeled after an EMG 85 with a more organic, aggressive sound. The Horizon has a DiMarzio evolution.
