Cool clip man! I dug the tones, nice mid-heavy sound but with a good chunk in the bass.

Dude I love the tone I am getting  Once I get the chance to mic up my halfstack and make some clips and impulses like I want, I'll be in tone heaven.

I hate spewmo vocals. Gets all over the mics, the stage gets slippery, it just makes a big mess.

Is there just a clip of you playing guitar I could listen to?

There is no spewing involved with my vocals. They're actually very controlled :p

Here is a no vocals clip: http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=442291&songID=6871137

Yeah man. Very nice. Good lowend but very present too. As long as you're not spraying with your vocals its all good.:cop:

Thanks for setting the clip up for me.:thu:

So what are you using for the lead tones, or are those doubled too? Reamping or two takes per side?

Ahh, the lead! That's the Edwards through the JMP-1. It has a slightly smoother, more liquidy lead sound that I like. The ENGL is a bit more responsive though.

Sounds good. Are you playing the stock JBs on both guitars?

No... I hate the JB. The Edwards has a Seymour Duncan custom shop "Br00tzbucker", modeled after an EMG 85 with a more organic, aggressive sound. The Horizon has a DiMarzio evolution.
